一、产品概述

交通龙门架（跨路限高龙门架）为门式钢结构金属构件，横跨市政道路、国道、高速公路，集行车限高防护、交通信息发布、视频监控、ETC 抓拍多功能于一体，是智慧交通路侧核心基础设施。产品整体工厂预制焊接，现场吊装安装，可根据车道宽度、荷载、风压非标定制，满足多车道道路使用需求。

二、核心材质与工艺

1. 主材：Q235B / Q355B 国标碳素结构钢，采用钢管、桁架式横梁结构，焊缝满焊打磨，强度高，承重稳定，可承载大型 LED 显示屏、摄像机组等设备。
2. 防腐处理：热浸镀锌 + 静电喷塑双重防腐，锌层厚度≥85μm，抗雨水、盐碱、紫外线腐蚀，户外使用寿命可达 15 年以上；紧固件全部热镀锌防锈处理。
3. 结构：桁架式横梁，力学结构优异，抗风等级≥12 级，可承受强风荷载；配套法兰盘、地脚螺栓，混凝土基础固定，安装稳固。

1. Product Overview

Traffic gantry (cross-road height-limiting gantry) is a portal-type steel structural metal component spanning municipal roads, national highways and expressways. It integrates multiple functions including vehicle height limit protection, traffic information release, video surveillance and ETC capture, serving as core roadside infrastructure for smart transportation. The product is prefabricated and welded in the factory and installed by hoisting on site. Customized non-standard solutions are available according to lane width, load and wind pressure to meet the usage requirements of multi-lane roads.

2. Core Materials & Manufacturing Process

Main Material: Q235B / Q355B national standard carbon structural steel. Adopting steel pipe and truss beam structure with full welding and polished welds, featuring high strength and stable load-bearing capacity, capable of supporting large LED display screens, camera groups and other equipment.

Anti-corrosion Treatment: Dual anti-corrosion treatment of hot-dip galvanizing plus electrostatic powder coating. The zinc layer thickness ≥85μm, resisting corrosion from rainwater, salt-alkali and ultraviolet rays, with an outdoor service life of over 15 years. All fasteners are hot-dip galvanized for rust prevention.

Structure: Truss-type crossbeam with excellent mechanical performance. Wind resistance rating ≥Level 12 to withstand strong wind loads. Equipped with flange plates and anchor bolts, fixed on concrete foundation for stable installation.
